A Week of Family FUN!

Well, last week was quite a busy and fun week. My cousins and Aunt and Uncle drove here from Texas. My cousin, Preston, is going to start UVU in the fall. So, I now have three cousins going to school in Provo now. We had fun get togethers at my Mom and Dads house. I wish that I brought my camera the first day they were there so I could have gotten pictures of everyone. I want to thank all the boys for playing with Brooks and Dylan. They had SO much fun and are still talking about it!

Here is Scott giving BOTH boys a piggy back ride!

My Aunt Tassy!

Preston holding little Ryann.

Mark and his soon to be fiance, Haley. I don't have a picture of Brent. He played SO WELL with my boys and showed them the solider boy dance moves. ha ha! And Nick is on a mission.

Then, later in the week, my Grandma Willia came and visited us from Texas too.

We had a fun BBQ. It's always fun to get together with family.

This is our first family photo with our new little edition, Ryann.

Ryann is three weeks old today. She is such a good baby. She had a hard time at night, but now she wakes up around 1:30am and then again around 5:30 AM to eat. I am OK with that. I do feel like an old lady now because I am in bed by 9 and asleep by 10. I know, I am a looser! ha!

Ryann is such a girl. This girl is ALWAYS posing with her little hand by her face. She is so cute. I am SO grateful to have another edition to our family!

My Sweet little Ryann is here!!!

Things didn't go the way I had planned...calling Monday morning to see what time I would be induced. I ended up going into labor on my own at 2:00am Monday morning. I need to thank Jakes dad, Jeff, for getting that late night phone call from Jake. He rushed over to the house and slept on our couch because the kids were asleep. He even made them omelets that morning when they woke up. Thanks you Jeff!!!

The labor process was pretty tough. I got really sick and even passed out. But the delivery of Ryann was a piece of cake. Two pushes and out she came!!!

Ryann was 6 pounds 12 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long. She has so much dark, long hair. She is perfect!

My mom found these cute "I'm the BIG brother" shirts that the boys wore.

Brooks is such a good big brother. He loves Ryann so much. He loves to teach her new things. The day we came home from the hospital, Brooks wanted to teach her her first word. Guess what that word was? Brooks looked at Ryann and said, "Ryann, can you say Wal-mart? Walmart" I was laughing so hard.

Dylan loves to sing Ryann songs. His favorite song to sing to her is, I love to see the temple!

This picture is so cute and funny. The poor girl is trying so hard to focus that she is cross eyed. As soon as she was born, she opened up her eyed and started looking around. She is really strong and can hold her head up to look around.

Coming Home!!!

She has such a special bond with Jake. From the second she was born, she new Jake was her Daddy. I love this picture! Ryann loves looking up at her Daddy!

Thanks again to everyone that has helped my family during this special time. The meals have been so tasty. And all the help with the boys have made things so much easier. A BIG thank you to my WONDERFUL husband Jake! I love you babe!
