Hunter turns one!

My nephew, Hunter, turned one! I was so happy that Mary and her family could come down from Idaho and let us in on all of the birthday fun. The kids always love seeing Hunter and getting together with their cousins.
THis is just a funny picture that I took of Hunter totally ZONKED out.

Hunter was reaching for Dylan to pick him up and it was cute when Hunter wrapped his little legs around Dylan.

Hunter loves Elmo. So that was the theme for his party.

THis whole ELMO pinata thing started to get a little disturbing when it was Dyaln's turn to hit Elmo. He was yelling," Take that. And a little bit of this." It was funny. Once Dyaln started this, all of the kids got in on the fun of DESTROYING Elmo.

After everyone had a few turns, it was time for some of the guys to take a wack at Elmo.

Everyone had their own method for getting the candy. Dylan rode his bike around and collected his candy.

Some wanted a little souvenir.

Gary wanted to hang the head from Hunters ceiling...even more disturbing. ha ha!

Hello, anybody there?

I love this picture! Brooks and Noah are such good buddies!

Present time!

Hunter got this Elmo sit up pillow and was tackling it and rolling around. So funny!

The cousins (wish you were there Texas cousins)

Lets Party! Time for cake

Look at sweet Hunter. Not quite sure what to do with this BIG cupcake... or so I thought.

Boy was I wrong!!!

He knew EXACTLY what to do with his cake! ha ha!

Even Waldo got some of the cake action. Whether he wanted it or not!

Happy Birthday Hunter. We love you!

Valentine traditions

Valentines Day is always fun and full of our little family traditions. Thanks to Me-ma Bingham, Jake and I were able to go out for a date. We went  out to eat and saw a love movie ( Dear John).

Then, one of our family traditions that we have always done is that each person makes their own heart shaped pizza. It is always a lot of fun. Brooks invited a friend from school to join in on the fun this year.

SOOOOOO GOOD!

Brooks and Logans pizza

Ryann and Anna's pizza ( unfortunately Ryann was napping during all of the fun)

On Valentines Day the boys got a box of chocolate and a new bakugan .

Little Miss Ryann got a new dress.
and she looked so cute in it.
Jake got his favorite sixlets candy and a new pair of shoes. I got a whole bunch of exercise equipment.

It was a great Valentines day!

Brooks class Valentine Party

Thanks to Me-ma Bingham, I was lucky enough to go and help with Brooks Valentines party today. It was a lot of fun. There were a few different Valentine activities. I was in charge of the parachute.  Here are a few fun pictures of some of the activities.

Brooks and his friend Logan

ONe of the class moms, Becky Burnside, made this cute Valentine apron for Ms. Kershaw and had all of the kids sign it. She was really surprised!

Brooks is really lucky to have such a sweet teacher.
It was so fun to watch Brooks with all of his classmates. He gave a little girl, Anna, a "special" Valentine today. Anna came up to Brooks to say thank you for the Valentine. It was really cute. Anna is the girl in the red dress sitting next to Brooks in the class picture.
